What is ScienceBazar.pk Exchange/Replace Policy?


ScienceBazar.pk provides its customers a 7 days Exchange/Replace Service where you
can raise exchange/replace request for a product within 7 days of its delivery.


Are there any charges on exchanging or replacing any defective
product?


NO! We charge no money on exchanging or replacing a product that is faulty/defected
or broken. Our Customer Care Center is there for you, you may contact them through
call/WhatsApp or email, share them the details i.e. your name, contact number,
image/video of opening the box/packing of faulty product against your Order/Invoice
Number and description about your product’s fault, they will soon contact you and
exchange/replace your parcel within 10 working days without any extra product cost.


In case you purchase glassware:


You will receive your glassware as a parcel through courier. Before opening the
parcel, try to listen the sound of broken glass or you think your glassware product
is broken. Make video of the parcel during opening process of parcel and record
your product’s broken part, send us video clip through email or WhatsApp for
your claim. Without any video, your glassware product will not be
exchanged/replaced and your will lost your chance of complaint as
ScienceBazar.pk will not be responsible for any broken product without shared
process of video.


Note:

  1. Courier charges will be charged in case you use exchange/replace policy.
  2. If you want to exchange/replace faulty or damage products, you will have to send the
    product first to our official address. As we’ll receive your product, our official will call you
    for conformation. After this we’ll send your parcel to your designated address.
  3. Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and
    packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged/replaces in any manner.
